You are entitled to view the Holt and to print pages of the Holt for the sole purpose of placing an order with Holt. However, any copying or downloading from the Holt without written permission from Holt is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement of copyright.
Personalised Clothing: Some items for schools/clubs can take up to 4 weeks for delivery, please allow this time when ordering for a gift or competition.

Returns
Here at Holt, we’re committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products.
All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. Undamaged goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We offer an exchange or credit note policy.
However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective, and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer a returns facility. Please contact us shop@holthub.com adding your order number to the subject.
Please note that buyers are responsible for their own postage and packing costs if they return an item that is not faulty or damaged in transit. If goods are not checked before signing for we hold no responsibility for the contents inside, It is duty of the customer to check the goods before signing as received in mint condition
